~ About Me ~

My name is Kim Eden. I am an Intuitive Empath, PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Reiki Master, NLP Practitioner, Holistic Herbalist, Hypnosis Practitioner and Life Coach. But these are just labels.  The reality is I am an energetic being having a human experience.

I grew up on a rural desert farm in southern Arizona. I spent most of my childhood lost in my imagination. The open desert was my playground, and my best friends were my horse, dogs, goats, and cats that called the farm home.

I was always the odd ball and outcast. I saw the world differently even at a young age. I could see the energy that flows into everything. It was easier for me to be around animals than people. I found it uncomfortable being around people because I could feel their emotions like they were my emotions. It was all very exhausting.

I chose a career in veterinary medicine. I spent 20 years working in the field. I was able to take care of the animals that are so precious to me. I also found that the field called to people like me that are incredibly empathic but also suffering from disconnection and sadness. Over the years I shifted my focus from animals to people. I could see this suffering in others. It was a pain that I was all too familiar with. I wanted to help others and realized before I could hold that space for them, I would need to heal myself first.

I was hungry to learn as much as I could to heal. I have studied different religions, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, and shamanism. I have learned different modalities and have had different teachers and mentors over the years. I am a perpetual student of the world. I have come to understand that as I heal others heal. As I look deeper at the people that are around me, I have found that they are a symbol of something that I need to identify and grow within me. I found that the best teachers that I have are my suffering and pain.
